In Brussels, Vespa Alert is recommended for nests located on private property, in all 19 municipalities.

For nests located in public space, please use Fix My Street directly.

Vespa Alert™ Belgium is the reference platform for reporting Asian hornet nests (Vespa velutina) in Belgium. Citizens can report a suspect nest, upload photos and contribute to controlling this invasive species threatening bees and biodiversity.

The platform also includes a collaborative trapping module allowing traps to be registered, capture records to be entered and the trap map to be consulted at territorial scale.
